1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Pixelary (“Service”), a Framer plugin that enables integration of Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and server-side Conversion API (CAPI) tracking.
By accessing or using Pixelary, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the authority to act on behalf of the website or business you connect
- Comply with applicable laws and advertising platform policies
3. Description of Service
Pixelary allows users to:
- Connect advertising pixels (Meta, TikTok)
- Configure event mapping
- Enable browser and/or server-side tracking (CAPI)
- Manage subscription status
We do not operate advertising platforms and are not affiliated with Meta or TikTok.
4. Account Registration
To use Pixelary, you must sign in via Google OAuth.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account
- All activity under your account
- Providing accurate information
5. Subscription & Payments
- Web tracking may be available under a free plan.
- Server-side tracking (CAPI) may require an active paid subscription.
- Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis.
Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension of server-side functionality.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
6. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection laws
- Obtaining user consent where required
- Proper implementation of consent banners
- Lawful use of advertising tracking technologies
Pixelary does not provide legal compliance services.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the system
- Transmit malicious code
- Misrepresent tracking or impersonate another entity
We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these rules.
8. Data & Liability
Pixelary acts as a technical tool for transmitting event data.
We:
- Do not control advertising platform processing
- Do not guarantee event delivery accuracy
- Are not responsible for ad platform policy decisions, bans, or account suspensions
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Pixelary shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Lost profits or revenue
- Advertising account suspensions
- Data loss caused by third-party platforms
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- You violate these Terms
- Payment fails
- Required by law
You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
